Bureau County, hereinafter called Owner, will receive sealed bids, in duplicate, at Bureau County Sheriff’s Office located at 800 Ace Road, Princeton, IL 61356, on Wednesday, November 1, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. prevailing time, for the Bureau County Courthouse New Generator Installation, including labor, tools, equipment, materials and services for construction.

Bids will be opened publicly and read at the Buildings and Grounds Committee meeting on Wednesday, November 1, 2023 at 5:30 p.m. at the Bureau County Courthouse located at 700 S. Main Street, Princeton, IL.

Bidding Documents will be available electronically on and after Wednesday, October 11, 2023, from The Wassi Group, https://www.twgplanroom.com/, (309) 266-6545.

Mandatory Pre-bid Meeting will be held on Wednesday, October 25, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at Bureau County Courthouse located at 700 S. Main Street, Princeton, IL. Meeting will be held in Courthouse Lobby, enter building security on east side of the building.
