General Project Description: Project consists of demolition of existing PACU-3 along with associated curb and exterior ductwork. Provide new RTU-3 in same location on new plenum curb with side discharge and exterior ductwork into the building. Controls and electrical work to accommodate unit replacement. Rebalance supply and return system to new airflows.

The scope of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and generally consists of the renovation of two restrooms located in Building F and the replacement of flooring in the connected lobby. Work will be broken into Multiple Prime Contracts as follows; General, Plumbing, Mechanical, and Electrical.

The Scope of work for the Base Bid project consists of the following scope of work items: 1. Bid Package #1 – Dunlap High School – Rooftop Units and Boiler Replacements a. Boiler Replacement – Replace existing hot water boiler, associated pump, and hot water piping. b. Rooftop Unit Replacements – Replace two (2) existing rooftop units with like. 2. Bid Package #2 – Hickory Grove Elementary School - Boiler Replacement a. Boiler Replacement – Replace existing hot water boiler and hot water piping. Revise boiler piping for all boilers from variable primary to primary secondary. Provide primary pumps for existing boilers.

The Project consists of site work at two separate locations (Edison Junior High & Broadmoor Junior High) and consists of two separate “Base Bids” (one for each location). The site work at both locations primarily consists of removal of the existing athletic track and replacement with a new hot-mix asphalt athletic track. The work also includes associated site work consisting of curb removal, concrete barrier curb, chain link fence removal/replacement, earthwork, aggregate base course, hot-mix asphalt pavement, and storm sewer removal/replacement.

This project involves the complete removal of the two existing natural gas condensing boilers and the installation of four (4) new high-efficiency Navien condensing boilers to improve system reliability and efficiency. This is a two-part demolition approach, with Boiler-1 coming out first, then install (4) new boilers in Boiler-1’s place while Boiler -2 stays in operation. Remove Boiler-2 after the new system is fully operational.

The scope of this Project is defined by the Contract Documents and generally consists of renovation of the existing post frame building. Work includes completing the renovation of an office area restrooms, development of a mechanics shop including a mechanics pit, the addition, reworking of, and replacing of sectional wood openings with steel and wood framing. Some interior renovation for an office/restroom out of wood stud partitions with gypsum wallboard and metal liner panels. Also included is replacement of existing mechanical heating systems, exhaust systems, renovation and reworking of underground sanitary and domestic water systems, electrical work to support renovation and replacement of lighting systems.

The scope of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and generally consists of a 1 and 2-story building addition of a Weight Training Facility and Performing Arts Expansion with the selected demolition of an existing structure and renovation and expansion of an existing lobby. The building addition is a steel-framed super structure with drilled pier foundations. The exterior façade is an aluminum composite metal panel façade over metal stud sub-framing and CMU backup with aluminum curtain wall and entry systems. The roof is a single ply EPDM membrane roof. Interior finishes consist of CMU walls, drywall partitions, LVT flooring, rubber flooring, and polished concrete slabs.

The Work is defined by the Contract Documents and generally consists of the phased removal of existing sitework, the removal of two single story structures, temporary utilities, new site utility work, coordination with utility companies, earthwork, phased new site development, the construction of a new Men’s Shelter, and selective renovations to a portion of the existing adjacent Warehouse on the Salvation Army campus.

The scope of this Project is defined by the Contract Documents and generally consists of renovation of the existing office area. Work includes wood stud framing/partitions, gypsum assemblies, drop ceilings, metal liner panels, two toilet rooms, a locker room, a breakroom, and associated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

The intent of this Bid request is to obtain an offer to perform work to complete an HVAC Upgrade project located at Eureka Middle School for a Stipulated Sum contract, in accordance with the Contract Documents. Work of this proposed Contract comprises building construction, remodeling, renovation, and demolition, including general construction, mechanical, and electrical work.
