Boiler Replacement at Bureau County Courthouse Princeton, Illinois For Bureau County Princeton, Illinois

Sealed bids for "RANKIN SCHOOL DISTRICT 98 SECURITY ACCESS CONTROLS" will be received by the Board of Education, Rankin School District #98, hereinafter known as the Owner, until 2:00 PM prevailing time on Wednesday April 19th, 2023 at the Rankin School District Office, 13716 5th Street,Pekin IL 61554 after which time Bids will be publicly opened, read aloud, and recorded. The Bids must be received by District staff in the District Office by 2:00PM to be considered. The Bid opening will take place immediately afterward in the District Meeting Room.

The scope of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and generally consists of a renovation to the existing buildings mechanical systems, restroom renovation, roof recovery, and ceiling replacement serving as the first phase of work to renovate the existing building. Work includes the demolition and replacement of existing ductwork, ceiling grid systems, data cabling, and lighting systems. As part of a mechanical renovation, a central plant system will be implemented with redundant boilers, air cooled chiller, and distribution piping for the system. The existing sprinkler system will be expanded into the ceiling replacement areas as well as adding secondary roof drain piping. SEVERAL SPECIFICATION SECTIONS ARE OMITTED FROM THE BID PROJECT MANAUL. THESE WILL BE ADDED VIA FUTURE ADDENDA.

Sealed bids for "MORTON CUSD 709 SUMMER 2023 MAINTENANCE AND STEM LABS" will be received by the Board of Education, Morton Community Unit School District 709, hereinafter known as the Owner, until 10:00 AM prevailing time on Thursday, February 16th, 2023 at the Morton Education and Administration Center, 1050 S. 4th Avenue, Morton, IL 61550 at which time Bids will be publicly opened, read aloud, and recorded.
